SGMYLimoNet - Terms & Conditions

  1. Agreement to Terms
    By booking services with SGMYLimoNet, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you may not use our services.
  2. Booking & Confirmation
    All bookings must be made through the official booking channels provided by SGMYLimoNet, including our website or customer service. A confirmation email or message will be sent upon successful booking. Please ensure the details provided are correct. Any changes must be communicated promptly.
  3. Payment Terms
    We accept the following payment methods: Credit Cards, Online Payment Methods, Cash, Wise, etc.
  4. Cancellation Policy
    Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service will incur no charge. Cancellations made within 12 hours of the scheduled service will incur a 50% cancellation fee based on the total booking amount. Cancellations must be communicated via our official customer service channels.
  5. No-Show Policy
    If the driver fails to show up at the scheduled time and location, the customer will be eligible for a 100% refund. If the customer does not show up at the pickup location without prior notice, the booking will be considered canceled, and no refund will be provided. A grace period of 15 minutes is allowed for all pickups. After that, no-shows will be applied.
  6. Changes to Bookings
    Changes to booking details, including the pickup location or time, must be made at least 12 hours before the service. Any changes made within 12 hours of the service will be subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
  7. Service Standards
    SGMYLimoNet is committed to providing a high standard of service. Our vehicles are regularly maintained, and our drivers are trained professionals. In the event of any unforeseen delays or issues, we will promptly communicate with the customer and work to resolve the situation.
  8. Limitation of Liability
    SGMYLimoNet shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or expenses incurred by the customer as a result of delays, cancellations, or failure of service caused by factors beyond our control, including but not limited to traffic, weather conditions, or vehicle breakdowns. The maximum liability of SGMYLimoNet in any instance will be limited to the value of the service booked.
  9. Passenger Conduct
    Passengers are expected to behave respectfully towards the driver and the vehicle. Any damage caused by passengers to the vehicle will result in additional charges for repairs or cleaning.
  10. Luggage & Personal Items
    Passengers are responsible for their personal belongings. SGMYLimoNet is not liable for any lost or damaged items during the journey. Please inform us if you have any oversized luggage, as additional space or arrangements may be required.
  11. Insurance Coverage
    SGMYLimoNet provides basic insurance coverage for all passengers. However, this coverage may be limited. We recommend that customers arrange additional travel insurance if required.
  12. Privacy Policy
    SGMYLimoNet respects your privacy. Any personal information collected during the booking process will be used solely for the purpose of providing the service. We will not share or sell your information to third parties, except as required by law.
  13. Modifications to Terms & Conditions
    SGMYLimoNet reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website or other communication channels. Continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
  14. Governing Law
    These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from these terms or the use of our services shall be resolved in the courts of Malaysia.
